Sir David King, former UK chief scientific adviser, recently discussed the governance of climate-altering technologies in the Arctic with the Carnegie Climate Governance Initiative (C2G).

He joined two C2G sessions at the 2019 Arctic Circle Assembly on October 10th. There, scientists, policy experts, indigenous activists, and civil society representatives explored critical questions facing decision-makers regarding the Arctic's future.
