Transforming the fashion industry: The Jeans Redesign
August 11, 2023

The Ellen MacArthur Foundation's Jeans Redesign Project encourages the fashion industry to create jeans fit for a circular economy. This means products are used more, made to be remade, and utilize safe, recycled, or renewable inputs. This initiative aims to make circular design the industry norm, starting with jeans.

As a UK charity, the Ellen MacArthur Foundation develops and promotes the circular economy concept: a system driven by design that eliminates waste and pollution, circulates products and materials, and regenerates nature.
