She has authored numerous papers and managed significant legal reforms and strategies in energy efficiency and renewable energy across multiple countries. A graduate of Brown University and Yerevan State Economic University, her insights are invaluable.

Malik Amin Aslam, Pakistan's Federal Minister of Climate Change and elected Global Vice President of IUCN, discusses government climate efforts. He previously chaired the "Green Growth initiative" in KPK, including the "Billion Tree Tsunami" project. As former Minister of State for Environment, he architected national climate policies.

Mr. Aslam has led Pakistan's climate change negotiations at various COP meetings since 1999 and advises the Chinese government on environmental policy on the Eco-Forum Global's International Advisory Council. He holds an MBA (McGill) and MSc (Oxford), researching emissions trading.
