CCL volunteers in New Hampshire, collaborating with local climate advocacy groups, have achieved significant success with their Carbon Cash-Back Coalition (C3) project. C3 aims to encourage New Hampshire towns to pass resolutions advocating for state and federal carbon fee and dividend legislation. So far, 23 towns have approved these resolutions, with many more expected.
